The Science

What’s in the stick.

NEBODE Foundation contains four ingredients. No proprietary blends, no hidden doses. This page explains what each ingredient is, why we included it, and where the supporting evidence comes from.

Development status: NEBŌDE Foundation is not yet in production. Ingredient selections, doses, forms, strain and stability details described here are current working specifications and may change before launch. The complete Foundation has not been clinically tested.

The Foundation Architecture

Four pathways, designed to work as one daily system.

Energy

Creatine monohydrate and the phosphocreatine energy system.

Metabolism

TMG / betaine and methyl-donor activity.

Digestion

Live cultures selected for the Foundation’s digestive-function focus.

Hydration

Sodium, potassium and magnesium as the Foundation’s mineral base.

This is NEBŌDE’s current formulation framework. It explains how the ingredients are organised; it does not claim that the complete Foundation has been clinically tested or produces a combined health outcome.

Ingredients & Evidence

Energy — Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine Monohydrate

Current development specification: 5g per serving

Creatine is involved in the phosphocreatine energy system used to regenerate ATP. Human research has examined creatine in relation to muscle function and exercise, with other research areas requiring careful interpretation by population, dose and study design. The 5g figure is a current development specification, not a final label confirmation. The complete NEBŌDE Foundation has not been clinically tested.

Metabolism — TMG / Betaine

Betaine / Trimethylglycine — final form TBC

Current development specification: 1.5g per serving

TMG, also known as betaine, functions as an osmolyte and methyl donor. Betaine has an authorised nutrition claim relating to normal homocysteine metabolism when the relevant conditions are met. Final form, dose, label wording and UK claim review remain to be confirmed. The 1.5g figure is a current development specification.

Hydration — Electrolytes

Sodium, potassium and magnesium salts — final forms TBC

Exact forms and amounts TBC before launch

Electrolytes are minerals supplied here as sodium, potassium and magnesium salts. Their permitted nutrition wording depends on the final mineral forms and amounts present in a serving. The final blend, dose and label wording will be confirmed after formulation and UK review. This is a development specification, not a completed product label.

Digestion — Live Cultures

Bacillus coagulans — final strain and specification TBC

Current development target: 2 billion CFU per serving

Bacillus coagulans is a spore-forming live culture. The final strain, formulation, stability profile and whether the CFU quantity is guaranteed through end of shelf life must be confirmed with the manufacturer. The 2 billion CFU figure is a current development target. UK consumer wording remains subject to claims review; this page does not make a specific gut-health outcome claim.

Quality & Testing

Before launch, the finished product will require documented checks for identity, purity, safety and stability. The checks described on this page are planned requirements, not completed testing.

Identity

Ingredient identity, purity and specification checks before manufacture.

Safety

Microbial, contaminant and heavy-metal testing where applicable to the final materials.

Stability

Shelf-life testing to establish how the finished stick performs through its intended life.

Live cultures

CFU verification at the relevant point in shelf life, not only at manufacture.

How to Read the Evidence

Research on an individual ingredient does not prove that the complete NEBŌDE Foundation produces the same result. Final doses, forms, strain, shelf-life data and UK wording must be confirmed before launch. NEBŌDE does not make treatment or disease claims, and this page is not medical advice.
